A great setup and tastefully decorated with a FL vibe. Cozy in a way yet spacious for a smaller apartment. If the weather allows it's so nice to relax on the hip screened porch, which pretty much doubles the living space. Shared laundry came in handy; loved the large shower in the updated bathroom. Plus the host was super responsive when I had questions or information to relay! Nothing to complain about!

This little place is so nice!! The location is great, and the little apartment was clean,quiet, and we'll stocked for an extended stay. Thank you very much for an enjoyable experience. I will recommend to anyone to stay here. If I am back this way, I will try and stay here first. Again, thank you for a pleasurable experience. Everything was as it should be. Although, and trash can in the place would be helpful.

The AC unit, the comfy couch, the Roku tv, the refrigerator, the multiple fans, and the location The bed was comfy but felt flimsy. I am 6'1 and 259+lb man and when I got into bed it squeaked and rocked considerably. However, the real issue with the bed was the base board had sharp edges scratching my legs anytime I got too close. I did not enjoy the shower all that much due to a slow drain causing it pool at my feet.

I loved that there was the fire pit there. It made some of the memories that we made a lot more sweeter. The bed were so comfortable and we wanted to sleep in some more there. The kitchen were so clean and somewhat stocked with basic necessities which helped with a few things that we forgot. It was so close to everything. All in all, the place have helped me reconnect with someone very important and dear to me. I really appreciated that. We didn't stay there long enough lol other than that, none at all!

Charming house, good pictures on the walls made it very relaxing. Clean, quiet street, nice walk-in in neighborhood, sunny yard in front and shady in back. Only 1 mile from publix and a short trip to the beach or Indian River. Efficient kitchen, lots of supplies.hope to be able to stay there again.

Space...had livingroom, kitchen area, bathroom, and bedroom. It also had a screened in porch with seating. Freight train was nearby and came through a couple of times during the night.

Excellent location, we only stopped for one night on route to St Augustine but managed a meal at 14 Bones and Mrs Macs, both really close. Loved the retro vibes of the property, felt like a little slice of Americana. Overall lovely property in a great location, well priced, comfortable and good communication from the host. Definitely would stay again if passing this way Maybe have a proper bed in the second room, it's big enough.

The location of the house is perfect, peaceful neighbourhood, close to supermarkets and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, it was good to have a dishwashing and washing machine with a tumble drier included. The mini google was a nice addition to the house equipment. The house owner responded always pretty fast to all our questions (within 10min). The warning sounds of the trains were heard throughout the night but we got used to it already on the 2nd night of our stay.

Last house on the street and super peaceful. Fenced in patio in the backyard. Comfortable bed. Just my daughter and I but had room for a couple more easily. Walmart and Publix are less than a mile away. Beautiful public beach less than 10 minutes away. Safe and quiet area. 10 minutes away from Jackie Robinson Training Complex (Old Dodger Town). No complaints whatsoever

The set up very functional and clean. It was an amazing location near the beach and my family. I would definitely rebook with them every time I come to visit it felt like home. We enjoyed every single minute of it.
