We have stayed in Vero Beach before, but this was our first time staying at David's. David was a great host, very responsive, and we loved the setup of the rental. We were very comfortable here, and we would definitely book again next time we come to Vero Beach.

We so enjoyed our stay at David's- it was clean and welcoming, reasonably priced and looked exactly as advertised! He was an excellent host, and quick to respond as I navigated our vacation from Vermont to Vero...we would definitely rent again if he will have us!

David was very friendly and responsive to all of my requests. The spot is very clean and located so close to the beautiful South Beach Park and other great attractions. Highly recommend; I’ll be back again for sure.

Not much to admire on the outside but inside everything is great. Had everything we needed and was comfortable. Convenient location, ten minutes to the beach. Walked ten minutes to the Green Marlin for excellent seafood. Four minute drive to Mai Thai Bistro for sushi and Thai.

Charming house, good pictures on the walls made it very relaxing. Clean, quiet street, nice walk-in in neighborhood, sunny yard in front and shady in back. Only 1 mile from publix and a short trip to the beach or Indian River. Efficient kitchen, lots of supplies.hope to be able to stay there again.

Space...had livingroom, kitchen area, bathroom, and bedroom. It also had a screened in porch with seating. Freight train was nearby and came through a couple of times during the night.

Easy to get to, close to the event locations I needed to be in Vero Beach and waterfront/A1A. Most importantly, David was a friendly host and super responsive.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent—right next to the beach—and the house was very clean and comfortable. Everything was as described, and we had no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, we only stopped for one night on route to St Augustine but managed a meal at 14 Bones and Mrs Macs, both really close. Loved the retro vibes of the property, felt like a little slice of Americana. Overall lovely property in a great location, well priced, comfortable and good communication from the host. Definitely would stay again if passing this way Maybe have a proper bed in the second room, it's big enough.

This was our second time staying at David’s place. It was as good this time as it was the first time. Only about a 10 min drive from the beach, and near everything else. We truly enjoyed. Stay here !!
