Quiet, mostly residential neighborhood west of the barrier island and east of the county’s inland areas. Close to local elementary and high schools and small community parks. Within a short drive to shopping along US-1, the historic downtown Vero Beach dining and arts district, and the Atlantic beaches on the barrier island.

Driving is the easiest and fastest way to get around; most guests will use a car, rental or rideshare. GoLine (Indian River County public bus) offers fixed local routes and connections to the Main Transit Hub; schedules are weekday-focused. Community Coach offers door-to-door service for eligible riders. Taxis and rideshare (Uber/Lyft) operate in Vero Beach but may be less frequent than in larger metro areas. Biking and walking are practical for short local trips, but distances to beaches and major attractions typically require a vehicle.
