It’s been fully remodeled and tastefully decorated. Property is fully equipped including beach essentials, bicycles in the shed.. The Property is fully equipped with all the essentials. There is a barbecue and a fire pit on the patio outback there is also a patio out front. It is a quiet residential street. You’re 10 minutes from the beaches five minutes from downtown art District and restaurants. Leisure Square is right around the corner which offers an Olympic size pool and a gym.
House Rules
Quired hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There are no parties smoking of any kind, including vapes recreational products are not allowed on the front patio.
