I enjoyed my stay! The place looked just like what was listed. It was super cozy, the kitchen had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive & checking in was a breeze with the clear instructions. Will definitely book again with him.

Nice place to stay at, small cozy home with two bedrooms and a living room. Everything you need, both clean and tidy. Would have preferred wooden doors over glass for more privacy but that's nitpicking. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent—right next to the beach—and the house was very clean and comfortable. Everything was as described, and we had no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was very good for dogs. It had a fenced in side yard with a second outside shower, chiminea and grill. The beach house was cute and the was a laundy there. I would like to thatn David for hosting our employees and their dogs.

Excellent location, we only stopped for one night on route to St Augustine but managed a meal at 14 Bones and Mrs Macs, both really close. Loved the retro vibes of the property, felt like a little slice of Americana. Overall lovely property in a great location, well priced, comfortable and good communication from the host. Definitely would stay again if passing this way Maybe have a proper bed in the second room, it's big enough.

This was our second time staying at David’s place. It was as good this time as it was the first time. Only about a 10 min drive from the beach, and near everything else. We truly enjoyed. Stay here !!

We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly what my daughter and I needed. We were here to spend Christmas with my son and he was just a couple of blocks away. So location was key!

The location of the house is perfect, peaceful neighbourhood, close to supermarkets and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, it was good to have a dishwashing and washing machine with a tumble drier included. The mini google was a nice addition to the house equipment. The house owner responded always pretty fast to all our questions (within 10min). The warning sounds of the trains were heard throughout the night but we got used to it already on the 2nd night of our stay.

Quiet neighborhood with a busy street on one side of the house. Didn't hear a thing though. Decorated nicely and "beachy" with all the things I needed - kitchen pots/pans/plates/silverware/glasses etc, and Roku TV's all over. Great value for a 3 bedroom.

Last house on the street and super peaceful. Fenced in patio in the backyard. Comfortable bed. Just my daughter and I but had room for a couple more easily. Walmart and Publix are less than a mile away. Beautiful public beach less than 10 minutes away. Safe and quiet area. 10 minutes away from Jackie Robinson Training Complex (Old Dodger Town). No complaints whatsoever
